| 内容記述 | 新型コロナウィルス感染症対策でテレワークや遠隔授業の普及が進み、暮らしのあり方が大きく変わっている。そこで本研究では、テレワーク・遠隔授業の実施状況、それにより住まいやまちに求めるようになったものを把握するため、国内のテレワーク・遠隔授業の経験者に対するアンケート調査を実施した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper aims to clarify the impact of introducing remote working/1earning on demand for housing and neighborhoods in Japan under COVID-19 pandemic. We conducted a questionnaire survey and pointed out that'spatial independence'and'room soundproofing'are the most required for housing regardless of the type of answerer and his/her dwelling. Concerning demand for neighborhoods, residents in medium density districts have more complaints in every aspect, which suggests that the value of areas between urban and rural territories are being reexamined. | |||||
