| 内容記述 | 本研究は、教育の歴史、教育制度及び教育思想を考察し、地域と学校の連携・協働における教員の役割を導出することが目的である。地域と学校教育の経営経験があるP氏（仮名）に対するインタビューの語りから教員の役割を検討した結果、学校教員のワーク（仕事）とライフ（生活）双方における役割が示唆された。 地域と学校の連携・協働における教員の役割の実践上の検討が残された今後の課題である。 |

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to find out a teacher’s role with cooperation and collaboration between regional community and school. To accomplish the purpose, the educational history, system and thought were investigated, and the narrative based on the interview data of a person who had experienced a master of a regional community and school was examined. As a result, this study suggested that a teacher’s role with cooperation and collaboration between regional community and school were found out within work and life. |
