To accomplish the purpose, the educational history, system and thought were investigated, and the narrative based on the interview data of a person who had experienced a master of a regional community and school was examined.
As a result, this study suggested that a teacher’s role with cooperation and collaboration between regional community and school were found out within work and life.},
