| 内容記述 | 2022年、神奈川県海老名市国分に所在する国指定史跡・相模国分寺跡の南の隣地に最高14階建ての高層マンションを建設する計画が発表され、景観や居住環境、さらに史跡への配慮を求める周辺住民たちにより反対の声が上がった。本稿ではこの出来事を「相模国分寺跡景観問題」と呼び、その経緯と背景を整理するとともに、この出来事をとおして考えた現代都市における史跡保護の課題について論じるものである。まず2章において、今回の景観問題の経緯（2024年2月まで）を、条例に基づく手続きや地元住民の活動などに注目しつつ整理した。続く3章では、相模国分寺の寺院としての特徴とその変遷、さらにその場所が史跡という制度により保護されてきた歴史について述べた。そして4章においてアンケート調査をもとに全国の史跡国分寺跡の状況を提示し、相模国分寺跡との比較を行った。5章では以上の作業をとおして考えた、相模国分寺跡景観問題の背景にある問題や今後の展望について、私見を述べている。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper discusses the landscape problem at the ruins of Sagami Kokubunji, a national historic site located in Ebina City, which was established as an important Buddhist temple approximately 1,300 years ago during the Nara period. In 2022, a plan was announced to build a high-rise apartment building next to this historic site to the south, prompting opposition from local residents who were concerned about the deterioration of the landscape. This paper presents the process of this landscape problem (Chapter 2), an overview of the Sagami Kokubunji ruins and their protection (Chapter 3), and the status of protection of Kokubunji ruins nationwide based on a questionnaire survey (Chapter 4). In the final chapter, the background of this problem is considered from the perspectives of city planning and cultural property protection. | |||||
