| 内容記述 | A blief survey on the periodical publications in the field of photographic science and technology is given in the period from 1920 up to the present. Some 14500 abstracts appeared in Photographic Abstacts published in recent eight years are classified into narrower divisions and counted respectively. These figures would show topical subjects and field of interest in each epoch. The results showed that abstracts concerning with applications of photography such is holography, radiography, photogrammetry and remotesensmg are superior in number. On the other hand, papers reffering to the basic studies on photographic sensitivity, mechanism of development etc. are inferior in number. Subjects appeared in main journals of photographic science such as Photographic Science and Engineers, Journal of Photographic Science, journal of the Society of Photographic Science and Technology Japan, have another character and papers devoted to photographic theory are dominant. Contribution of Japanese researchers to the basic studies of photography became remarkable nowadays and some 253 papers are presented in J. Soc. Photogr. Sci. & Teeh., Japan as well 136 papers in foreign journals in recent eleven years. | |||||
