| 内容記述 | The optical noise which is generated by the defects of the optical elements in a spatial filtering system degrades the output image. in the present report, the new type of the time-averaging optical noise suppressor is ProPosed and examied. This noise suppressor can successfully suppress the optical noises generated by the all components in the system without extinguishing the high spatial frequency component of about 100 lines/mm in the input image. In order to achieve such high resolving power, the Moire pattern between the input plane the output one is used in an alignment of this system. | |||||
