| 内容記述 | Numerical simulation has been becoming realistic for predicting airflow and air temperature distribution under air-conditioning conditions. The prediction has recently been easier because of the development of computer hardware and skillful program software. The problem concerning CPU time and the cost of calculation, however, has still remained. To make air-conditioning designers use frequently numerical simulation for practical subjects, the simplification of the calculation is required. The possibilities of simplification are investigated by using κ-ε turbulence model ; 1) limiting the calculation region 2) substituting a 2-D simulation for a 3-D simulation Several simplifications are compared with the simulation for a precise space shape. Under a certain circumstance of space configuration and an arrangement of air inlets and outlets, the first step prediction for the air-conditioning design can be available by the simplified simulation. | |||||
