| 内容記述 | 本稿の目的は、現代日本における教師の置かれているゆゆしき状況を打開すべく、学校現場の教師を応援するため、今後の日本の教職の在り方及び望ましい教師の姿を探っていくことである。教師のためのより良い働き方を検討した結果、教師は同僚性(collegiality)を築き、教師自身が日常生活の中でwell-beingを追求することで、教師は仕事にやりがいを感じ、多忙感が解消されることが示唆された。そして、子どもの前で教師が生き生きとした姿を見せることは、現代日本の公教育における教職の意義であり、理想的な教師の姿であることがわかった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this article is to explore a future vision of Japanese teaching professions and desirable teachers in order to assist teachers in the field of school and overcome the difficult present situations of teachers. Based on the previous studies and reports, this paper suggests teachers build collegial relationships, and pursue their own well-being in everyday life, making teachers more rewarding and lessen their heavy worked. It was also found that showing a lively appearance of a teacher in front of a child is the significance of the teaching profession in public education in modern Japan, and is an ideal teacher. | |||||
