| 内容記述 | Einstein's theory of Brownian motion is a cornerstone in the establishment of the modern atomic theory. In this paper, we review historical background of atomic theory and how important role Brownian motion plays in development and understanding of atomic theory. Einstein's relation formulated in analysis of Brownian motion contributes development of non·equilibrium statistical mechanics. We also review briefly Einstein's relation and linear response theory in non-equilibrium statistical mechanics. | |||||
