| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、子どもの自己肯定感を醸成する生徒指導の在り方を検討することである。教師の教育実践における行為の省察から、自己肯定感を醸成する教師の役割が示された。その役割とは、(a)子どもを理解すること、(b)自己と他者を肯定し認め合う学級づくり、(c)保護者との信頼関係づくり、(d)学校全体での個々の子どもへの役割づくり、(e)子どもの主体性を育成することであった。加えて、これらの結果から子どもの発達を信じて待ち続けることが、教師の専門性として示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of the present study was to explore student guidance to ferment children’s selfaffirmation. The result based on reflection on action teaching practice to student revealed teacher’s role to ferment children’s self-affirmation. The roles were (a) Understanding children, (b) Making selfand other- affirmation in the classroom, (c) Getting companionship with parent, (d) Giving each child the roles in the school, (e) Bringing up independent spirits of children. In addition, a series of analyses indicated an importance of teacher’s professionalization was to be waiting for the children’s development. | |||||
