| 内容記述 | Tokyo Polytechnic University, Faculty of Arts, Department of Design has changed the content of “Basics of Design A” and “Basics of Design B”, which are common specialized subjects for 1st-year students, from 2023 academic year. The author has been involved in the changes since 2022, and was in charge of class content and lesson planning. Before formulating the plan, the author investigated the contents and plans of the old classes and their problems, as well as the contents and plans of other classes being offered at the same time, and comprehensively considered the characteristics of “design” learning and the characteristics of the students. This paper describes this process and the goals of the “Basics of Design A” and “Basics of Design B” course content and plans. |
