| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、学校と教育委員会との連携協働によるカリキュラムマネジメントのあり方を検討することである。先行研究および事例の考察の結果、学校の役割であるカリキュラムマネジメントの主体性の発揮と学校を包含し、一体的なカリキュラムマネジメントの推進を図る教育委員会の役割との連携協働の構築がカリキュラムマネジメントのあり方として見出せた。そして、カリキュラムマネジメントにおける今後の連携協働のあり方には、教育制度・組織を越えた様々な関係者たちとの実践的なつながりの存在が示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to examine the form of curriculum management through collaboration between schools and boards of education. As a result of prior research and consideration of case studies, the curriculum is based on building collaboration between the school's role of demonstrating independence in curriculum management and the role of the board of education, which encompasses the school and promotes integrated curriculum management. I found this as a way of management. Furthermore, it was suggested that the future form of collaboration in curriculum management should require practical connections with various stakeholders that go beyond educational systems and organizations. |
