| 内容記述 | A versatile data-acquisition and data-processing system uning a PC-9801VX personal computer has been built to analyze rovibrational spectra observed by a GaAs Semiconductor Laser spectrometer. A GP-IB interface was used to control the sweep generator, the lock-in amplifiers, the coaxial relay switching circuit and the digital wavemeter. After smoothing the spectrum data, frequency markers and signals for frequency reference, the line positions were detected using the Savitzky-Golay method and the line intensities were calibrated against the amplitude of the fringe signals. By editting the data files in which the segments of the narrow 1-5cm^<-1> spectrum region were recorded by sweeping the operating temperature of the GaAs Laser diode, the lines in the continuous range of 100cm^<-1> were displayed for assignment of the rovibrational spectrum. | |||||
