| 内容記述 | A current control system is deviced for stabilizing continuous microwave power generated by a magnetoron. The magnetoron produced originally for use in microwave oven is adopted and its anode current is stabilized by parallel connected triodes in series with it and high voltage source. The system is designed basically by negative feedback theory. Microwave power can be controled in the range from 0.1 W to about 700 W. The output power of about 600 W can be stabilized within the accuracy of 1 W against the change of ±2V in AC 100 V input. Center frequency of the generator changes by about 20 MHz and spurious signal appears when the output is decreased. But this is not serious for using this system in plasma chemistry. | |||||
