Detactable sensitivity of the Myoglobin value was about 500 Pg/ml by the reversed passive hemagglutination (RPHA). Results of serum Myoglobin value change before and after the exercise are mentioned below. Mean value of serum Mb in the normal group (176 subjects), was measured by the 2^n dilution method, was 5.1±1.03, and that in male and female were 5.3±0.93 and 4.8±1.03 respectively, and so that in male showed higher. The value before the exercise (at rest) in athletes (38 subjects) was 5.9±0.77, and showed the significant difference as compared to that in non-athletes. The Mb values increased rapidly immediately after the exercise in athletes and non-athletes, and that showed a decreasing tendency successively after the exercise in athletes, but increased in non-athletes.
