The measurement was performed by Phase comparison of the two signals of 56. 81 kHz. 0ne of the signals is the divided output of the tested crystal oscillator and the other is that of the color-subcarrier in a home color TV receiver. In free runing the frequency offest of the tested oscillator was determined with the frequency resolution of 1xlO^<-11>.
