フーベルト・リッターのジードルンク・ルントリンクに見る 住棟と住戸平面の関係性 A study on the housing estate Rundling by Hubert Ritter: focusing on the relationship between the arrangement of residential buildings and dwelling unit plans 海老澤, 模奈人 エビサワ, モナド EBISAWA, Monado 海老澤 エビサワ EBISAWA 模奈人 モナド Monado EBISAWA, Monado ジードルンク フーベルト・リッター ライプツィヒ ルントリンク ドイツ ヴァイマール期 住戸平面 住棟配置 近代建築 housing estate Hubert Ritter Leipzig Germany Weimar period dwelling unit plan arrangement of residential buildings modern architecture 本稿は1929-30年にフーベルト・リッターの設計でドイツのライプツィヒ市に建設されたジードルンク・ルントリンクを対象とする。このジードルンク（住宅団地）は24棟の円弧状の住棟により三重の円を形成する住棟配置に特徴があった。この住棟の配置は、起伏のある敷地形状を生かすために提案されたものであり、標高の高い地点を中心として三重の同心円が作り出されていた。設計者リッター は、この円環状の住棟において良好な居住環境が確保されることを重視し、方位との関係を考慮した住戸平面を計画したと述べている。その住戸平面の実態については、これまで詳細に語られることがなかったが、本稿ではライプツィヒ市史料館所蔵図面の調査を通して、このジードルンクに16の住戸平面タイプがあることを明らかにした。ルントリンクは住棟配置の新しさと住戸平面の多様さの両面において、ヴァイマール期ドイツのジードルンクの中で特筆すべき事例と評価できる。 This paper discusses the housing estate Rundling constructed in Leipzig in 1929-30, focusing on the relationship between the arrangement of residential buildings and dwelling unit plans. German architect Hubert Ritter designed the housing estate Rundling as triple circular rings consisting of twenty-four arc-like residential buildings. He adopted this distinctive arrangement in consideration of the raised ground in Leipzig-Lößnig. In order to ensure good residential condition in the circular buildings, Ritter planned various dwelling unit with careful consideration of the relationship to direction. Though the details of Ritters’ planning in these buildings had not been revealed until today, this study attempted to present sixteen types of dwelling unit plans of housing estate Rundling by searching and analyzing historical drawings housed in the Leipzig city archive.
