          <datacite:description descriptionType="Abstract">新しいタイプのリガンドを合成してタンパクとの結合を調べた。リガンドとして[Co(Tyr)3], [Co(Phe)3],[Co(Trp)3]を合成してそれぞれ異性体の分離を行なった。フロンタルアフィニティークロマトグラフィー(FAC)を用いて、ウシ血清アルブミン(BSA)との結合の強さを調べた。解離定数Kd値は 10-6から10-8Mであった。立体異性体間にも1.6から2.0倍程度の違いがあることが明らかになった。アミノ酸を3個金属錯体上に集積することによりアミノ酸単独よりも桁違いに強く結合することがわかった。3個のアミノ酸の組み合わせで、多様なリガンドが作れる可能性がある。</datacite:description>
          <datacite:description descriptionType="Abstract">Abstract: Novel type of ligands were prepared and their binding to a protein was investigated. [Co(Tyr)3], [Co(Phe)3], and [Co(Trp)3] were prepared as ligands, and their stereoisomers were separated. Their binding to bovine serum albumin (BSA) was studied by using frontal affinity chromatography (FAC). The dissociation constants（Kd）were 10-6 - 10-3 M. The Kd values differ between stereoisomers. Three amino acid molecules are accumulated on a metal complex, and such complex is promising in designing effective ligands of a protein.</datacite:description>
